I am an operations consultant based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and I work with owners and organizations across the country, mostly virtually, when processes, vendors, systems, or execution stop supporting the business.

Based on Cape Cod, with experience from regulated operations in healthcare and research
I am based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I spent 15 years in operations, procurement, and supply chain roles in healthcare and federally funded research and graduate education, including strategic sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and executive, interim, and fractional leadership. Before that, I spent 15 years as a paramedic and flight paramedic.
On the Cape, operating problems often show up through seasonality, staffing, and supplier reliability. The approach is the same everywhere: separate symptoms from causes, then fix what the organization can realistically execute and sustain.
