CONTACT PLAN B AND C
Start with a conversation.
Whether you are weighing what comes next after a corporate career or working through an operating problem inside a business, the first step is the same: tell me what is actually happening. From there, we can determine where it belongs.
Choose the conversation that fits
Plan B and C works through two practices. Pick the one closest to your situation. If you are not sure, book a general conversation and we will decide together.
Contact Plan B and C directly
I am based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and I work with clients across the country, in both practices. Most conversations happen by video; if you are nearby, we can also meet in person.
What happens after you reach out
We start with the same four steps I use in every engagement: Assess, Identify Options, Implement, Move Forward.
1. Assess what is happening.
What is happening, what has already been tried, and what you are trying to change. For a business, that means separating symptoms from causes. For an individual, it means understanding what ownership would actually need to do for you. No pitch, and no predetermined answer.
2. Identify the options.
That may be an engagement, an ownership assessment, a referral to a better-suited specialist, or a decision that nothing needs to happen yet.
3. Implement the right next step.
Whatever we decide, the work is scoped around the problem, with a clear objective from the start.
4. Move forward.
You leave with a decision and a clear next step.
