OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT · PIPEDRIVE

Pipedrive implementation, licensing, and training for owner-led teams.

I build each Pipedrive implementation around how your team actually sells: licenses, pipeline design, data migration, automations, integrations, training, and support after go-live. One partner from the first conversation through the day-to-day questions that come up months later.

Pipedrive Premier Partner, Partner Scale Hub

The platform follows the process.

Who this is for

Owner-led service and sales businesses, usually with a handful to a few dozen people touching the pipeline. The owner is often still the best salesperson, the follow-up lives in someone’s inbox or a spreadsheet, and nobody can say with confidence what will close this month.

Some teams are starting from scratch. Some already bought Pipedrive and never finished setting it up. Some are moving off another CRM that got too complicated or too expensive for what they use. All three are workable starting points.

(Disclosure: I’m a Pipedrive Premier Partner through PartnerScaleHub, an authorized Pipedrive distributor, and a Zoho One reseller.)

What I handle

Licenses through Plan B and C

I can provide your Pipedrive subscription directly, so licensing, setup, and support sit with one partner instead of three.

Setup and pipeline design

Pipelines, stages, deal and contact fields, users, and permissions, built around how deals really move in your business.

Data migration

Contacts, organizations, open deals, and history moved from spreadsheets or a previous CRM, cleaned up on the way in.

Automations and integrations

Follow-up reminders, stage-based tasks, web forms, email and calendar sync, and connections to the tools you already use.

Team training

Practical training on your own pipeline and your own data, for the people who will use it every day and the owner who reads the reports.

Ongoing support and troubleshooting

Help when something breaks, a sync stops, or the process changes and the system needs to change with it.

Start with the pipeline problem, not the software

A CRM does not fix a sales process that has not been defined. Before configuring anything, we look at how leads arrive, who owns them, what happens at each stage, where deals stall, and what you actually need to see each week.

Sometimes the answer is Pipedrive. Sometimes it is better use of the system already in place. Sometimes the problem is upstream of the CRM entirely, in pricing, handoffs, or capacity. I would rather tell you that up front than sell you licenses you do not need. If you want to check an existing account yourself first, use the Pipedrive setup checklist for small teams.

How a Pipedrive implementation works

1. Conversation

A call about how you sell today, where it breaks down, and what you need the system to do. If it helps, I walk you through a demo.

2. Scope

A written scope covering licenses, pipeline design, migration, integrations, and training, so you know what is included before work starts.

3. Build and migrate

I configure the account, bring your data in, set up automations and integrations, and test it with real deals.

4. Train and go live

Your team is trained on the finished system, and we switch over on a date that does not collide with your busy season.

5. Support and adjust

After go-live I stay available for questions, fixes, and the changes that show up once people are using it.

SEE IT FIRST

See a demo before you decide

It is easier to judge a CRM by watching a pipeline that looks like yours than by reading a feature list. Book a call and I will walk you through a working Pipedrive setup, then talk through what yours would need.

If Pipedrive isn’t the right fit

Pipedrive is a sales CRM, and it is very good at that. If the company needs more than a pipeline, such as one connected system across CRM, marketing, service, operations, and finance, Zoho One implementation may be the better fit. See Operations and Business Improvement, or read how I compare the two in Pipedrive or Zoho One? How I Pick for a Small Business.

How this fits the bigger picture

Pipedrive implementation sits inside Operations and Business Improvement and Strategic Advisory. The sales pipeline connects to marketing, service, scheduling, billing, and the people responsible for each, so the work is scoped around the whole flow, not just the software. I am based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and I implement Pipedrive for teams across the country, most of it remotely. I lead the work myself, drawing on 15 years in operations, procurement, and supply chain roles in healthcare and federally funded research and graduate education and an MBA. It often runs alongside broader operations work. I look at the CRM as one part of how the business runs, not a project on its own.

Questions I hear

What does it cost?

There are two parts: the Pipedrive subscription, which depends on the plan and number of users, and the implementation work, which depends on scope. Migration from a disorganized previous system, custom integrations, and multiple pipelines take more time than a clean start. I scope it in writing before any work begins.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how much data is coming over and how many integrations are involved. A small team with a clear process is typically up and running in a few weeks. Larger migrations take longer, and most of that time is decisions and data cleanup, not configuration.

Do I need to buy licenses through you?

No. If you already have a Pipedrive account, I can work in it. Buying licenses through Plan B and C is an option that keeps licensing, setup, and support with one partner.

We already have Pipedrive and nobody uses it. Can you fix that?

Usually. Low adoption tends to come from a pipeline that does not match how people sell, too many required fields, or no one owning the follow-up. Those are fixable without starting over.

Can you move our data from spreadsheets or another CRM?

Yes. Contacts, organizations, deals, and notes can be migrated. Part of the work is deciding what is worth bringing over and cleaning it before it goes in.
