Meet Matt Agnese – Founder & Franchise Consultant
Matt Agnese, MBA, CFC, D.Div., is the founder of Plan B and C Consulting and a trusted voice in franchise exploration for professionals. His diverse background blends strategic business training, behavioral insight, and real-world leadership.
Matt holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on operations and strategic planning. He is a Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC) with deep franchise industry knowledge and earned a Doctor of Divinity (D.Div.), reflecting his lifelong commitment to ethical leadership and thoughtful service.
Before launching his consulting firm, Matt built a career in logistics and emergency response. His time as a paramedic and educator sharpened his ability to remain calm under pressure, guide people through life-altering decisions, and operate with integrity.
Today, Matt helps professionals navigate business ownership with guidance—not pressure. As an active member of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), he provides clients with access to over 500 rigorously vetted franchise brands across every major sector.
